Navya is a Research Associate at CSEI.

Navya graduated with a B-Tech in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Pollution Control Engineering and served a two year stint with Deloitte USI in the Risk & Financial Advisory vertical before making her switch to the research and sustainability space where her true passion lies.

Navya is currently the co-investigator on a study titled - ‘Understanding sustainable food production and consumption linkages around Bengaluru’ related to regenerative agriculture and urban consumer food preferences as a part of the global research programme – ‘Sustainable and Healthy Food Systems’ – funded by the Wellcome Trust, UK.She also works extensively on research synthesis aimed at informing the ‘Food Futures’ initiative.

Her research is focused on consumer behaviour, food preferences, and food supply chains which is aligned with her interests in sustainable food & water systems.
