Sandeep leads the Invasive Species initiative at CSEI.

Sandeep is a passionate Sales & Marketing professional with over 9 years across FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, E Commerce & Food Tech industries. He has the experience of  building high impact teams ,scaling to 1000+ trade partners generating multi crore (CR) revenues in hyper growth phase companies.

Sandeep is keen on Social Impact which inspired him to launch his company around the dairy industry previously. He helped provide alternate income streams to farmers by establishing an urban market for goat milk.

Sandeep holds a Masters in Business Administration from SIBM , Pune and a B.E in Computer Science from UVCE , Bangalore.Sandeep is an avid mountaineer and has his interests in skill building among BPL livelihoods.
