Susan is the Project Manager for the REAL Water Initiative at CSEI.

She started her career with ATREE in 2013. With over 6 years of expertise in heading project activities right from the conceptualization phase to the execution and completion, she has worked in highly collaborative, multinational, interdisciplinary, and scientific environment especially in field hydrology.  Some of the projects she has worked on include establishing Conservation Reserves in the Northeast, establishing hydrological instrumented sites in the Western Ghats and capacity building programmes.

She holds a doctorate degree in Environmental Sciences from the Department of Ecology and Environmental Science, Pondicherry University.
